We live in a special community, and encourage all of our homeowners to engage in governance, social activities, and volunteer projects. While our home renters are restricted from voting and attending owner meetings, we consider you our good neighbors and welcome your participation in all other activities .
About Us
We are a subdivision within the City of Sequim, Washington with 89 homes divided into 51 Townhomes in the upper section, and 38 Single-Family Residences in the lower section. The subdivision also boasts a variety of open spaces for recreation and wildlife protection throughout.
